Do I have to give up my current website?
No. If you want, we rebuild yours better. If you already love yours, we install the chat agent and ordering system into the site you have. Either way works.
What happens when I cancel?
You own your data. We export every customer, order, and review to CSV. If you registered a domain through us, we push-transfer it back to you. No lock-in, no hostage situation.
Do I need to learn the AI or prompt it?
No. We research your business and set up the AI brain for you during onboarding. You just answer customer questions when escalations come in. The AI does the heavy lifting.
What if my staff is older and hates tech?
The only thing your staff touches is the Kitchen Display (tap "Ready" when an order is done) and the POS tablet (looks like Toast/Square). No typing, no passwords per shift. Training takes 20 minutes.
